A £250 reservation fee is required to reserve a vehicle for a period of 7 calendar days. Payment of this fee removes the vehicle from sale and guarantees its availability exclusively for the customer during this period.
Non-Refundable - The reservation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. By paying the fee, the customer confirms their intention to purchase the vehicle and agrees to the terms of this policy.
Deducted From Purchase Price - If the vehicle purchase is completed within the 7-day reservation period, the £250 fee will be deducted from the final purchase price of the vehicle.
Expiry of Reservation - If the customer does not complete the purchase within the 7-day reservation period, the reservation will automatically expire, and the vehicle may be returned to sale. The reservation fee will not be refunded.
Transferability - The reservation fee cannot be transferred to another vehicle or another customer unless explicitly agreed in writing by the dealership.
Customer Declaration - By paying the reservation fee, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms of this Reservation Fee Policy.
