We understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you decide to return your vehicle within 14 days of purchase, a termination fee of £495 will apply, along with a mileage charge for any distance driven over 50 miles, calculated at £2 per additional mile. For returns made after 14 days, the same £495 fee will apply, plus a valuation charge determined at the discretion of Baileys Prestige & Performance.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the vehicle, at their own cost and within a reasonable time frame, should they require a statutory repair or wish to exercise their statutory right to reject. We always aim to handle returns fairly and transparently, ensuring the process is as straightforward as possible.
